Program Requirements:

Applicants must possess a legal ID and social security card

Applicant must be able and willing to work

Must be motivated for change

Complete formal intake procedure

Complete Individual Transitional Plan (ITP)

If applicant has mental health issues, applicant must be stable on medications.

Vision:
To provide transitional housing for homeless women while in transition.
